Income Tax Department raids Maharashtra minister Aditya Thackeray and Anil Parab
Aaditya Thackeray, a Shiv Sena leader and cabinet minister in the Maharashtra government, is facing a dark cloud of crisis, while the offices and residences of top party leaders and their associates were raided by the Income Tax Department on Tuesday. The IT department raided the CA's office of state Transport Minister and Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab.

The raid was conducted in an elite building in Mumbai's Bandra MIG area. Besides this, the Income Tax Department also raided the residences of Anil Parab's close aide Sanjay Kadam and Aaditya Thackeray's close aide Rahul Kanal this morning. According to information received from sources, it has been told that searches are going on at 20 premises in Mumbai and Pune.
Reacting to the raids, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut attacked the central government, accusing the Center of pressurizing and destabilizing the coalition government in Maharashtra.
