Hyderabad gang rape: Four minor accused got bail, released
A total of six people have been arrested in connection with the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl. Officials said the fifth minor accused will remain in the juvenile home as he has approached the Telangana High Court for bail. At the same time, Saaduddin Malik, the only adult accused in the case, has been kept in Chanchalguda jail.

All these accused were kept here after being taken into custody. The bail orders were issued by the fifth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate cum Juvenile Justice Board on Tuesday.

On May 28, a girl who was returning home after a party in Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad was allegedly gang-raped by five youths. The boys had offered to drop the victim home. After which he went to a pastry and coffee shop, from where he went to a meeting in an Innova. After some time, they raped the victim in turn by parked the car, while others were guarding outside.
According to the police, in the video a teenager was seen allegedly misbehaving with the girl, but he was not involved in the rape. The police had initially registered a case of "outraging modesty" based on a complaint from the girl's father. Later it was converted into a rape case. The minor accused are students of class 11th and 12th and belong to 'politically influential' families.
