Hearing on the petition of Kiran Singh and Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in the Gyanvapi Masjid case

In the Gyanvapi Masjid case, two separate cases are going to be heard in the court on Thursday. Hearing in both the cases is to be held after 2 pm. In the first case, where the hearing is to be held in the matter of handing over the entire premises of Kiran Singh to the Hindus, the court is also going to hear about the worship and enjoyment of Shivalinga of Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati.

The matter is going to be heard this afternoon on the application of Kiran Singh. Hearing on the application filed by Kiran Singh, International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh, will be held in the court on Thursday afternoon. In this regard, in the application filed in the court of Civil Judge Fast Track Court Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey, a demand has been made to hand over the Gyanvapi complex to the Hindus as part of the temple and worship the Shivling found there.

On the other hand, the application of Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati is to be heard after this afternoon. The hearing is to be held in the afternoon. During the hearing in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Kumud Lata Tripathi, the respondent Anjuman Intejamiya Masajid has sought time to file the objection.
