Breaking- Kathy Hochul declares New York State of Emergency ahead of Hurricane Henri

Kathy Hochul is heading towards the Northeast coast ahead of an anticipated Sunday landfall, damaging winds, dangerous storm surge, and flooding to a saturated area.
It could make landfall at or around hurricane strength on New York’s Long Island on Sunday. Andrew Cuomo warner people who were in flood-prone areas. 

I am declaring a state of emergency to help New Yorkers affected by tonight's storm.

Please stay off the roads and avoid all unnecessary travel.
