Fuel Prices Today On July 23: On July 23rd, the petrol and diesel prices haven’t recorded any fluctuations from the past few months.

The last fuel price changes were reported in March 2024, the petrol and diesel prices were reduced by Rs 2 by the government just before the elections.

Meanwhile, the fuel prices are updated every day in the morning around 6 am by the oil marketing companies according to crude oil prices on that day.

However, several specialists have made predictions that the upcoming Union Budget which will be announced on July 23 by the Finance Minister is expected to provide a tax break on petrol and diesel prices in the Country.

• In Delhi, the petrol price today, July 23 is Rs 94.72 per liter and the diesel price is Rs 87.62 per liter.
• In Mumbai, the petrol rate is valued at Rs 103.44 per liter and the diesel rate is priced at Rs 89.97 per liter.
• On July 23, the petrol price in Kolkata amounts to Rs 103.94 per liter and the diesel price per liter is valued at Rs 90.76.
• In Chennai, the petrol price per liter is estimated at Rs 100.85 and the diesel rate is estimated at Rs 92.44 per liter.
• In Noida, the petrol price today costs Rs 94.66 per liter on the other hand, the diesel rate is valued at Rs 87.76 per liter.
• Meanwhile, the price of petrol in Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Hyderabad per liter are all valued at Rs 102.86, Rs 94.65, and Rs 107.41 and the diesel rates in these states amounted to Rs 88.94 per liter, Rs 87.76 per liter, and Rs 95.65 per liter respectively.

However, there are several factors that influence the price of petrol and diesel in India. Some of them are crude oil prices, exchange rates and demand and supply of fuel.

The cost of refining also directly influences the price of petrol and diesel, however, refining can be expensive, and the costs of fuel depend on it.
