Leena Nair was born in Kolhapur, Maharashtra in 1969, she completed her early studies from Holy Cross Convent School in the city.Leena Nair earned a special engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Walchand College, Sangli, after that she completed her graduation in 1992 with an MBA course from XLRI, Jamshedpur, where she was awarded the Gold Medal.
