Delhi Covid Update: 1,354 new cases of corona found in Delhi

The infection rate of corona in the capital has increased from 5.97 percent to 7.64 percent. However, despite an increase of more than one and a half percent in the infection rate, only 1354 new cases of corona were reported on Wednesday and one patient died. Whereas earlier, 1414 new patients were found due to low infection rate. In the last 24 hours, 1486 patients were cured and 17 thousand 732 samples were tested. On April 5, the infection rate had increased again to more than one percent.

Apart from this, a total of 23 patients have died so far. The number of active patients has come down from 5986 to 5853. Out of which 180 patients are admitted in hospitals. Of these, five patients are on ventilator and 60 patients are on oxygen support.

With the formation of 132 new containment zones in 24 hours, their number has increased to 1343.
