Covid cases in Mumbai: The graph of corona increased rapidly in Maharashtra, about 2000 new cases registered in Mumbai

The outbreak of corona is increasing again in many states of the country. More than 3 thousand new cases of corona have been reported in Maharashtra on Friday. The surprising thing is that 1,956 cases of Covid have been registered in the capital Mumbai alone. 

Today, about 15 percent more cases have been reported in Mumbai than Thursday, with this the positivity rate has increased to 12.74 percent. The 1956 cases registered in Mumbai on Friday are the highest since January 22.

In Maharashtra, close to 2800 cases were registered on the previous day and 1702 new cases were reported in Mumbai on Thursday. The ever-increasing corona cases in Maharashtra have raised concerns and the number of new cases in the state has increased nearly three times during a week. Like the first corona wave, Maharashtra is again becoming the center of corona.

Apart from Mumbai, 655 new cases of corona have been reported in the country's capital Delhi. During this, 2 patients have also died due to the disease. In Delhi, 419 patients have also recovered in the last 24 hours and the total number of active cases is more than 2 thousand. The infection rate in the capital has increased to 3.11%. During the last 24 hours, 21044 tests of corona have been done in Delhi.
