Covid 19 Updates : New cases of corona decreased for the second consecutive day in the country
New COVID cases were registered in Delhi on Monday. This is the fourth consecutive day that there has been a decline in the daily cases. On January 13, 28,867 new cases were registered.
Today, there has been a decline in corona cases in India for a consecutive day. In the last 24 hours, 3,207 new cases have been reported. At the same time, 3,410 patients were cured and 29 people have died. Talking about active cases, this figure has reached 20,403.
For the second consecutive day in the country, the number of patients recovering from corona infection crossed 1.5 lakh. Till 9.30 pm on Monday, 1 lakh 51 thousand 988 people had been declared discharged. However, even today the number of new corona infected has crossed 2 lakhs. During the last 24 hours, 2 lakh 32 thousand new corona infected were registered, while 299 people died.
12,527 new corona cases were registered in Delhi on Monday. This is the fourth consecutive day that there has been a decline in the daily cases. On January 13, 28,867 new cases were registered, on January 14, 24,343 cases were found, on January 15, 20,718 and on January 16, 18,286 cases were registered. The positivity rate in Delhi is 27.99%.
There has been a decline of 5,837 in active cases in Delhi as compared to Sunday. On Sunday, 89,819 cases were registered, which came down to 83,982 on Monday.
