Corona spreads rapidly in Noida-Ghaziabad schools, 32 Children and Teachers infected in last three days

The Corona Virus seems to be on an exponential rise after being stagnated for a while. After a minor relief of the Omicron number being degraded, new cases of Corona have started appearing across the country, which is massively spreading in Delhi-NCR schools. In the last three days, 32 new cases have been reported from Corona to the students and teachers. Since then the health department has also been on high alert. On Tuesday, 8 children were found infected with the Corona Virus in five schools including the Delhi Public School. Apart from this, 20 infected have been found in the entire Gautam Budh Nagar. Eight of these patients are below 18 years of age.

At the same time, parents have spoken of infection among the children of Delhi Public School (DPS), The Millennium, JBM School, Shriram Millennium, and Somerville. However, the health department and schools are denying having such information. Only DPS has confirmed two cases. However, according to the Health Department, the condition of all the children found infected is normal.

The children of class 10th and Class 8th have got Corona in DPS located in Sector-30. In both these classes, Online Classes have been started, and Offline studies have been put on hold. Other classes of the school will continue, but parents are demanding closure of these as well. In this case, parents are also accusing the health department and private schools of hiding information.

In several social media posts, it was claimed that the newly found infected are from DPS, Sector-22 Summerville, Sector-119 The Millennium School, and Sector-135 Shriram Millennium School, Sector-132 JBM School. Shriram Millennium and JBM have denied any case. At the same time, Vishuddha Mishra, the admin of The Millennium, said that no incident of any child getting infected in his place is yet to the notice of the school management.
