Corona infection 'severe' in seven out of 11 districts of Delhi

Claims are being made to reduce corona infection in the capital, but the situation of district-wise infection is still very serious. The situation is such that in seven out of 11 districts of Delhi, the corona has reached the severe category.

In these districts, the weekly infection rate of corona has reached more than 30 percent. At the same time, the use of antigen kits is also being done much more in Shahdara and West Delhi districts as compared to other districts.

According to the district-wise report prepared by the Health Department on the infection situation between January 12 and 18, the highest infection rate of 35.40 percent in Delhi has been recorded in the South Eastern district.

82 percent samples were tested through RT PCR. At the same time, 18 percent of the sample has been tested through antigen kits. However, the Health Department says that the details of those who are testing with Kovid kits in their homes are not available.
