Congress MLA Ganesh Ghoghra resigns from his post
Youth Congress President Ganesh Ghoghra has resigned saying that despite being a legislator of the ruling party, he is being ignored.
The round of resignations continues in Congress. After big names like Sunil Jakhar in Punjab, Hardik Patel in Gujarat left the party, now Rajasthan Congress MLA Ganesh Ghogra, who is considered a supporter of CM Ashok Gehlot, has resigned. MLA from Dungarpur assembly seat and state Youth Congress President Ganesh Ghoghra has resigned saying that despite being a legislator of the ruling party, he is being ignored.
In his resignation letter sent to Rajasthan Speaker, Chief Minister Gehlot and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the administration "does not listen" when he raises the problems of common people.
Only two days have passed since the Congress's Chintan Shivir was concluded in Udaipur to connect the youth in the party, that the campaign to connect the youth in the Congress has suffered a setback in Rajasthan.
In fact, during the camp on Tuesday, May 17, MLA Ganesh Ghoghra took SDM Manilal hostage after getting angry at the officers not solving the problems of the public in his assembly constituency.
In his resignation, the MLA has put Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and his government in the dock, accusing the officials as well as the government of ignoring his words.
