CM Yogi received a bomb threat, message sent on WhatsApp number 112
After this message, the Uttar Pradesh Police has become alert. The police have registered a case on the basis of Tahrir. Police is now searching for the accused on the basis of mobile number.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been threatened with death by attacking him with a bomb. This threat was given through a message sent on WhatsApp of Police Control Room 112. The threat man gave his name as Shahid and said that he would be blown up with a bomb in three days. After which the police has registered an FIR in this regard at Sushant Golf City Kotwali. Police administration and intelligence agency are investigating this matter.
Operation Commander Subhash Kumar of Control Room UP-112 has lodged an FIR that on the evening of August 2, a message came on the WhatsApp number of Operation Internet Media that CM Yogi will be bombed within three days. Subhash gave this information to the observation officer Ankita Dubey. The police have also given the screen shot of the message to the intelligence agencies.
After this message, the Uttar Pradesh Police has become alert. The police have registered a case on the basis of Tahrir. Police is now searching for the accused on the basis of mobile number. Teams have been formed for his arrest and have been put in the investigation. Several other police teams, including the team of surveillance and cyber cell, have been getting information about the accused on the basis of mobile number. The location of the threat is being traced.
This is not the first time that CM Yogi has been threatened with death. Earlier, during the UP Assembly elections, on 4 February 2022, a Twitter handle named Lady Don threatened to blow up CM Yogi with a bomb. UP Police was blown away by this threat received by CM Yogi before the election. Police tried hard to trace the accused but he could not be traced. While tracing the Lady Don Twitter handle, the Gorakhpur police reached the accused Sonu. Sonu was lodged in Agra Jail for a month, after which Cantt Police of Gorakhpur arrested him under Warrant 'B' and brought him to Gorkhpur. He was sent to jail after being produced in the court here.
