CM Yogi Adityanath's OSD dies in road accident, wife seriously injured
Motilal Singh used to play the role of coordinator in redressal of problems and complaints coming from CM Camp office and Janta Darshan to the temple. Motilal Singh, in-charge of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's camp office at Gorakhnath temple, died in a road accident late on Thursday night. His wife has been seriously injured in this road accident. He has been admitted to Baba Raghavdas Medical College, Gorakhpur. The accident happened at around 1 pm on Thursday night near Khajauli outpost in Basti district. CM Yogi Adityanath has condoled the death of Motilal Singh in a road accident. Both the people were going from Gorakhpur to Lucknow by Scorpio. It is being told that due to the driver's sleep, the vehicle suddenly fell into a ditch on the side of the road, in which both the husband and wife were seriously injured.

Motilal Singh was a resident of Azamgarh. He was posted as Additional Commissioner in the Municipal Corporation. During this he was associated with Gorakhnath temple and CM Yogi. In view of his efficient work, in the year 2017 after his retirement, he was made in-charge of Gorakhnath Temple Camp Office. Later he was also given the designation of OSD. Presently he lived in the government residence near University Square.
Two people were killed and three were seriously injured in a recent road accident in Mirganj police station area on the Delhi-Lucknow national road. The incident happened last week. In this, a car from the Mirganj over bridge fell into a 30-feet ditch, which was filled with water. Two people died on the spot in the accident, while three injured were admitted to the hospital. Five friends, residents of Mohammadi village in Lakhimpur Kheri district, were going to Delhi by car. Meanwhile, the car fell into a 30-feet gorge on the Mirganj overbridge, leaving everyone trapped in the car.
