Schools opened in West Bengal from today. The headmaster of a school in Asansol said, “Following the guidelines given by the department, we have opened schools from today. The school has been sanitized and it is our endeavor to get the children to follow social distancing.” A school principal said, “We are ready. We will also do thermal checking, sanitize hands and feet. Students of one section have not been called to school at a time, children will come to school in 2 batches.”
Schools for Class-I to Class-III have opened in Himachal Pradesh after a long time. A primary school teacher in Shimla said, “Social distancing is being taken care of, the school has been sanitized. Today 55% children have reached school, it will increase in the coming days.”(15.11)It is also worth noting that the pollution situation in Delhi NCR is very bad. The Supreme Court has also expressed concern over this. Meanwhile, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia appealed to take small steps to improve the air quality.
