The Irrigation and control Department, Revenue Department and Delhi Pollution management Committee have taken this call jointly," the official further said.According to the officials, the concept entailed by tying a powerful cloth between 2 boats, the foam are brought bent on the shore.This comes when environmentalists, political parties, and folks of Delhi have raised issues over the appalling situation.
The risky foam floating on the Yamuna stream is that the results of enhanced ammonia levels and high phosphate content that's caused by the discharge of industrial pollutants together with detergents into the river.
According to a social activist named Varun Gulati, the foam could be a results of chemical waste accustomed dye denim being drop by illegal jeans-making units set up on the brink of the watercourse banks.
