Chaitra Navratri 2022 : Chaitra Navratri from tomorrow

Chaitra Navratri starts from 2nd day of the April. Mahanavami is on 10th April. Vijaya Dashami, Aparajita Puja and Kalash Visarjan will be done on 11th April. Worship of nine forms of Mother will start with the establishment of Kalash in other temples of the district including Raj Rajeshwari Temple at Ramna. Pandit Prabhat Mishra and Pandit Vivek Tiwari told that in Navratri, every person should worship Goddess Durga, the goddess of power, to wish for their happiness and prosperity.

Lord Shri Ram was born on the ninth day of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month. Ram Navami is celebrated on this day. It is falling on 10th April. On this day, the whole country celebrates the birth anniversary of Shri Ram. This day is also very important as it is the last Navratri. Specific worship of the Goddess, Havan and Kanya Pujan are also performed during Navratri.
