Bulldozers walked on 45 houses and shops after Khargone violence
Bulldozers ran on four houses and three shops in Mohan Talkies Khargone. Action were taken on 12 houses and 10 shops in Khaskhas Bari area Khargone. A total of 16 buildings including a shop in Khargone near Ganesh Mandir, three shops in Aurangpura Khargone were demolished.
On the day of Ram Navmi, after violence, arson and stone pelting in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, action has been seen in the district. On Monday, April 11, in many places, bulldozer walked on some shops and houses.
So far action has been taken by the administration on 45 houses and shops. In some areas, 16 houses and 29 shops were demolished. Bulldozers ran on four houses and three shops in Mohan Talkies Khargone. Action were taken on 12 houses and 10 shops in Khaskhas Bari area Khargone. A total of 16 buildings including a shop in Khargone near Ganesh Mandir, three shops in Aurangpura Khargone were demolished. 12 shops were vandalized in Talab Chowk Khargone.
On this action being taken by the administration, the District Collector had said that illegal construction is being removed, but the statements of the Home Minister are on its alert.
Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, "At present there is peace in Khargone. There is enough police force. Curfew is in place. The rioters are constantly being marked.The government is completely strict in this matter. No one has any right to disturb the peace and order in the state. We will not allow anyone to spoil it."
