Breaking News - Counterfeit Relaxo and Aqualite Factories raided in Saran Bihar, fake slippers found

Fraudsters never see a dim light, and in the light of the present days it can be said that misleading customers by using the name of a well-known brand and cheating to get their hard-earned money never happens consistently. By the time the company gets aware and lodges an FIR, it’s too late and a lot of consumers have already been duped. The situation was identical for Saran district. The SM Hussain IPR Protection Agency lodged an FIR with the help of the Police against the ones making counterfeit goods.

The Director of the SM Hussain IPR Protection Agency, Syed Mashkur Hussain told the reporters that in the Saran District, counterfeit goods were sold under the name of brands like Relaxo and Aqualite. Our team tried to get deep with the issue and had a word with the Superintendent of Police of the district. He appointed the Sonpur Police Station to investigate further.

The Director Syed Hussain told the reporters that their agency along with the assistance of the Sonpur Police raided the factory in Baijalpur, where fake aqualite, relaxo slippers were manufactured. The owner of the factory Ramesh Kumar Singh and the workers were surprised and could not run away due to the sudden raid.

Counterfeit footwear and raw materials were found that were used to make fake relaxo and Aqualite slippers. The local police have lodged an FIR. The Police told our team that they’ll launch further investigations. The localites praised the agency for their active involvement in bringing the counterfeit goods and the people responsible to light.
