The arrested accused include Rajesh Kumar (39 years) assistant in the Agriculture Department, Krishna Mohan Singh (41 years), a teacher at Desiri High School in Vaishali, Nishikant Kumar Rai (33 years) of Jagdev Path and Sudhir Kumar Singh of Amba (Aurangabad). 40 years) included.
