Bobby Kataria arrested for smoking cigarettes in plane, got bail

Social media influencer Bobby Kataria was arrested by the Delhi IGI Airport Police for smoking cigarettes on the plane. The police was looking for Bobby since the FIR was registered in this case. The police had arrested Bobby Kataria on September 27. After this Bobby was produced in the court, from where he got bail. However, the court has definitely asked Bobby Kataria to cooperate in the investigation before the Delhi Police.

The court had granted bail to Bobby Kataria on September 28. Let us tell you that social media influencer Bobby Kataria, who is facing the police case for smoking inside the SpiceJet plane, had claimed that it was a dummy plane, in which he was seen lighting a cigarette. However, his claim refutes the airline's statement, in which he had said that the incident took place in an aircraft in January this year.

According to news agency ANI- The social media influencer had said in his clarification that the video in which I was seen smoking was a fake plane and it was a part of my shooting in Dubai. Lighters are not allowed inside the aircraft. Gurugram resident Kataria has more than 6.30 lakh followers on social media. His video went viral in which he was lying down and puffing a cigarette.

This video was shared fiercely by the people and many even tagged Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya. On which he also assured of investigation. Scindia had also said that no leniency will be taken towards such dangerous behavior.
