On September 2, TV superstar Sidharth Shukla passed away at the age of 40. The actor's death has shocked the entire TV and film industry. Sid won Bigg Boss 13 and did several amazing acting projects that made people fall in love with him. On Bigg Boss OTT, Karan Johar paid an emotional tribute to the late actor.
Karan Johar talked about how talented Sidharth was, and he's still numb with the news of his demise. The filmmaker gets choked while talking about the actor and his achievements. The host of Bigg Boss OTT says, "Sidharth Shukla, ek aisa chehra, ek aisa naam jo hum sabki zindagi ka ek ahem hissa ban gaya tha. Bigg Boss family ke favourite member, jo mere hi nahi balki humari industry ke anginat logon ke dost, achanak hum sab ko chhod ke chale gaye (Sidharth Shukla, a name that became an important part of our lives. The favourite member of the Bigg Boss family, and friend to me as well as countless others from our industry, suddenly left us)."
Karan Johar is the producer of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, in which Sidharth Shukla played a pivotal role along with Alia Bhatt and Varun Dharan. Karan added, "This is something we are all still finding hard to believe. It is like I am numb, I can’t even breathe. Sid was a good son, a great friend and just an amazing guy to be around and be with. His positive vibe and that smile won so many millions of hearts."
