His regular bail plea will remain pending in the court till the ED files its reply. During the hearing before the bench of Additional Sessions Judge Shailendra Malik, on the request of Jacqueline's lawyer, the court has granted interim bail to the actress on a surety of Rs 50,000. At the same time, the next hearing in this case will be held on October 22.
Recently, the Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police interrogated the actress for 15 hours. After the interrogation of the ED, the claim became more solid that Sukesh and Jacqueline have a solid connection. After which the Patiala court also had to intervene in the matter and Jacqueline was summoned to appear in the court. On August 17, the ED had filed a charge sheet, in which Jacqueline has also been found accused in the recovery case of 200 crores.
