Significantly, on October 28, 2021, a single bench of Justice Nitin Sambre in the Bombay High Court had accepted the bail plea filed by Aryan Khan and co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the cruise ship drug case.
According to the Bar and Bench report, Aryan Khan has sought amendment of the order on the following grounds: Since the investigation has been transferred to the Special Investigation Team of NCB's Delhi office, attendance at their Mumbai office may be relaxed.
Every Friday when Aryan Khan reaches the NCB office in Mumbai, he is surrounded by policemen due to the large media presence outside the office.
On this basis, Aryan Khan has demanded relaxation in the condition of appearing in front of NCB Mumbai office every Friday.
