Shortly after the government of Delhi released notifications and gave relaxation in Covid norms, the government of Haryana released a circular and announced relaxations as well. The government of Haryana stated that, "All cinemas/multiplexes are allowed to open with 50% seating capacity. Universities, colleges, schools for classes 10th to 12th; coaching/training institutes both govt and private are allowed to open with effect from February 1."
All sports complexes, swimming pools, gyms and stadia shall remain closed except when being used for training of sportspersons for participation in national and international events.
After a decline in the number of Covid Cases and analysing that the Omicron isn't causing fatal infections at a higher rate, the state governments are providing relaxations. However, if experts are to be believed this might turn out to be a huge mistake, as in a country like India, easing norms becomes equivalent to not following any Covid appropriate norms.
