3,116 new cases of corona in the last 24 hours in India

The Union Health Ministry said on Sunday that 3,614 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in India in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 47 people have died. The total number of deaths due to Covid in the country now stands at 5,15,850.

According to the ministry, the active Covid cases have come down to 38,069, which is 0.09 per cent of the total infected cases in the country. In the last 24 hours, 5,559 patients have been cured of Covid. At the same time, the total number of recoveries has increased to 4,24,37,072.

Also, 7,61,737 total COVID tests were conducted across the country, taking the total cases to 77.85 crore.
