Delhi government has reduced VAT on petrol from 30% to 19.40%. The new rates will be applicable from midnight tonight.

Talking about the purchase of cylinders, now a 19 kg commercial cylinder in Delhi has become Rs 2101, whereas earlier it was getting 2 thousand rupees. Last month also, there was an increase of Rs 266 in the price of commercial cylinders. After which the rate of commercial cylinder was increased to Rs 2,000 in the capital of the country. Even after increasing by Rs 100, the capital of Maharashtra remains in Mumbai.It is getting Rs 2051 in Mumbai and Rs 2234 in Chennai. Apart from this, it has become Rs 2177 in Kolkata. Chennai is the city where the cost of commercial cylinders is now the highest among the 4 metropolitan cities of India.
Reliance Jio prepaid recharge plans have become expensive since December. The company has increased the tariff of its prepaid recharge by 20 percent. Jio has two prepaid plans with a validity of 56 days that offer 1.5GB and 2GB data per day, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS. Plans priced at Rs 399 and Rs 444 have gone up to Rs 479 and Rs 533 respectively. Airtel and Vodafone Idea have also increased their prepaid plans by up to 25 per cent.
